Refund policy

At Reservala, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines when returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons only:

  • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer

Reporting Damage or Defects

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us at support@reservala.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Reports submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
  • Processing time is 3–7 business days after approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund

We do not offer:

  • Store credit
  • Exchanges for a different product

Return Shipping

For approved returns, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
