Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, estimated delivery is 2–3 business days via standard shipping.

Total estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from the date of order.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and item size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@reservala.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
